10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday – Monday:
Box office closed except for ticketed events held that day.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Adults and children must have a valid ticket for entry into the Westchester County Center. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap. Please note specific events require children 12 months or older to have a ticket and will be noted within event details.

Please note that all shows, show times, dates, prices and line-ups are subject to change without notice. The box office is located in the lobby of the County Center.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash and Credit Cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, are accepted. NO CHECKS accepted.
(A valid photo ID MUST be presented with the credit card payment.)

Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored. Please also note that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to Ticketmaster service fees in addition to the cost of the ticket.
