About the event hosts: Dave Reggina is a respected leadership voice trusted by CEOs, public servants, athletes, and entrepreneurs alike. With 14 years in local government, now serving as a Deputy Commissioner in Greenburgh, Dave has led teams of 200+ employees while navigating high-stakes leadership environments. From overcoming Crohn’s disease and personal setbacks to authoring 30 Lessons to Lead, hosting the top-ranked No Snooze Podcast, and co-founding Action Cultivates Excellence, a leadership training and transformation company, his journey is proof that adversity builds the best leaders. Sean Degnan is an entrepreneur, restaurateur, and leadership expert based in New York. He is a partner in multiple ventures across hospitality, leadership training & development, and commercial services, including The Sailhouse Restaurant, ACE (Action Cultivates Excellence), and All-In-1 Commercial Cleaning. Sean is a competitive fitness and performance athlete and ultra marathon runner who integrates discipline, physical excellence, and personal growth into both his businesses and leadership philosophy. In 2024 he was named as one of Westchester County’s 40 Under 40 honorees in recognition of his business leadership, community impact, and entrepreneurial innovation.
